It was in 1966 that our father established the business, using timeless techniques to air dry and season selected cuts of meat. Such was the popularity of his produce, assistance was soon needed to keep up with demand. Aunts, uncles and cousins all helped, joined in 1983 by Mario, who enhanced production with his unique expertise.

Since this time, all the renowned tastes and techniques have continued to remain true to the original family desire for fine quality, delicious continental foods.
